Biofuels Digest Index slides to 72.68 as chemical equities fall

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, slid 0.30 percent to 72.68 as chemical equities fell. For the day, Renewable Energy Group (REGI) lost 276 percent to $13.76, while KiOR (KIOR) jumped 5.47 percent to $4.63. Among other equities, Aemetis (AMTX) rebounded 5.26 percent to $0.40. Overall, advances led declines 3 to 2 for the day.
