Disgruntled Energae investors settle out of court

In Iowa, North Dakotan investors in Energae LP, Clear Lake who sought an injunction because they claim they were mislead by company representatives have settled out of court for an undisclosed amount. Other investors apparently are happy with their investment and how it was handled, so the project continues.
