KiOR to battle class-action lawsuit as deadline for lead plaintiffs arrives

In Texas, Levi & Korsinsky has filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of investors who purchased KiOR securities between August 14, 2012 and August 7th, 2013. The suit claims that KiOR failed to disclose that the company was not on track to produce commercially meaningful quantities of biofuel at its Columbus facility, and that the company’s statements were materially false and misleading. Today is the last day that investors can be appointed as lead plaintiffs.
