Condoleeza Rice leaves KiOR board

In Texas, “Due to the demands of other business commitments and personal time constraints,” Condoleezza Rice, Ph.D, has resigned from the Board of Directors of KiOR, Inc. as of December 20, 2013. In a statement, KiOR said “Dr. Rice’s resignation is not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.”
