Marrone Bio Innovations passes 1,000,000 acres treated milestone

In California, Morrone Bio announced that it has passed the 1,000,000 treated acre milestone in the U.S. for its biopesticide products, Grandevo bioinsecticide and Regalia and Regalia Rx biofungicides.  Hector Absi, MBI’s Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations, puts the accomplishment in perspective.

“Reaching the million acre level validates that our products continue to bring value to growers across the US.  Most of these acres are in high value specialty crops, but also includes acres of our recent launch of Regalia Rx in row crops.  It confirms that our products are meeting the demands of the marketplace and are being included in growers’ standard spray programs year after year.”
