Two men indicted for RIN fraud in Las Vegas

In Nevada, an Australian citizen and a Las Vegas resident have been indicted with 57 counts of conspiracy, wire fraud, obstruction of justice and conspiracy to launder money in a RIN fraud scam that netted them $37 million. Canada-based City Farm Biofuel and Las Vegas based-Global E Marketing were used to falsely generate the RINs.
