Clinton County Biodiesel Fuel to get new rail spur to expand business

In Iowa, Clinton County Biodiesel Fuel plant is partnering on the construction of a rail spur, partly funded by a $170,000 grant from the Dept. of Transport that will allow the company to expand production and hire five more people. A total of 683 feet of rail line will be installed thanks to the project that is being matched by $220,000 from the company.
