Data on small used cooking oil supplies falling through the cracks in Taipei

In Taipei, the national environmental protection agency says it can only monitor roughly half of the used cooking oil produced domestically during the past two years, or just 38,000 metric tonnes. Policy only requires facilities of a certain size to report its used cooking oil supplies, meaning about half of the facilities are too small and fall under the threshold.
