CEC announces up to $3 million in grants for early stage biofuels technology

In California, the state’s energy commission has announced up to $3 million in funding under its Alternative and Renewable Fuel and Vehicle Technology Program (ARFVTP) for early and pre-commercial stage biofuel technologies. Diesel substitutes, gasoline substitutes and methane substitutes are allowed under the call. Pre-proposals are due Dec. 17.
