Oregon holds public hearing for industrial hemp but biodiesel not included

In Oregon, the state’s department of agriculture held a public hearing on Tuesday regarding the draft rules that would allow growing industrial hemp but biodiesel production remains far away as the proposal allows the use of seeds only for growing hemp but not for sale nor for producing oil.
