Former Obama adviser sets out ideas to build a stronger RFS

In New York state, former member of President Obama’s Council of Economic Advisers from 2013-2014 James H. Stock has published a report via the Columbia University’s Center on Global Energy Policy suggesting a number of reforms to the RFS that he argues would help achieve the twin climate and energy security goals first envisioned under the law while pushing forward towards commercial second-generation biofuels.
