Digest Bioeconomy Index falls back 1.38 percent to 52.09 as advanced bio equities sink

The Digest Bioeconomy Index, an index of publicly traded advanced bioeconomy stocks, fell back 1.38 percent to 52.09 as advanced bio equities sank. For the day, Pacific Ethanol (PEIX) fell 8.48 percent to $4.64, while Gevo (GEVO) gave back 15.69 percent to $0.43. Among other equities, TerraVia (SZYM) shed 8.75 percent to $2.19. Overall, declines led advances by a 4 to 3 ratio for the day.
