Brazilian ethanol production rose 34% on year during H1 September

In Brazil, mills produced more than 2 billion liters of ethanol during the first half of September, up more than 34% on the year, bringing the year’s total production so far to 9.91 billion liters of hydrous ethanol and 7.48 billion liters of anhydrous ethanol. A total of 668.53 million liters of hydrous ethanol were sold during the first half of September, the second-highest volume so far this year, while 403.15 million liters of anhydrous ethanol was sold during the period.
