Trump may sign biofuels deal by Friday

In Washington, Reuters reports that the Trump Administration is getting nearer to announcing the long-awaited deal to end the war between the biofuel and oil industries, and the president could sign the agreement as soon as Friday. A price cap on RINs is unlikely to be included in the deal that will be announced early next week but could include a reformulation of how the biofuel blending volumes are calculated for the next three years until the Renewable Fuel Standard expires in 2022.
