Policy force Finnair to stop customer aviation biofuel purchase program

In Finland, Newsnow Finland reports that Finnair has been forced by police to stop its “Push for Change” program that allowed customers to buy aviation biofuels for flights as well as reduce their carbon commissions by supporting a clean cooking program in Mozambique because it allegedly goes against the Money Collection Act. Instead, the company will have to find a way to rework the scheme so that it fits within the ticket purchasing process rather than being separate as previously envisioned.
