EPA still yet to decide on 2021 RVO and gap year applications

In Washington, Reuters reports decisions on neither the gap-year applications nor the 2021 blending levels have been made by the Environmental Protection Agency. The EPA Administrator told reports that COVID-19 was the main reason for the delay in deciding on a proposal for the 2021 RVO and hoped a proposal would be finalized soon. He gave no excuse as to why the agency hasn’t decided on the 67 pending gap-year applications nor indicated when it would be announced.
