House to debate Renewable Fuel Standard Integrity Act week of September 21

In Washington, DTN reports House Speaker Nancy Pelosi told a National Farmers Union virtual meeting that the House will move forward with Agriculture Committee Chairman Collin Peterson’s proposed Renewable Fuel Standard Integrity Act the week of September 21. The bill would require the Environmental Protection Agency to release details of SRE applications and set a fixed annual deadline by when refiners must submit their requests. The legislation is included in the Clean Economy Jobs and Innovation Act.
