In Washington, DTN reports that Energy Information Administration data shows ethanol blending fell for the first time in four weeks, which together with ethanol production that rose to 936,000 bpd led to the highest ethanol stocks in 39 weeks to 24.316 million bbl. Stocks grew in all regions last week except for the East Coast that saw a draw of 138,000 bbl.
