Greasezilla investing $1M per facility in joint ventures to build FOG processing facilities

April 4, 2021 |

In West Virginia, Greasezilla is partnering with next generation of pumpers to install FOG (fats, oils and grease) Separation Systems in key cities around the U.S., investing $1 million per facility, already working with pumpers in New Orleans, Jacksonville, Austin, Atlanta, Washington, Idaho, Ohio, Tampa and Chicago.

Greasezilla is actively selecting established FOG hauling and FOG receiving operations to install and operate Greasezilla systems as part of its expansion strategy; while preparing to invest up to $1,000,000 per site location to install Greasezilla systems in prime markets in joint venture operations. Currently, Greasezilla is working with pumpers in New Orleans, Jacksonville, Austin, Atlanta, Washington, Idaho, Ohio, Tampa and Chicago who have realized the business, energy and environmental benefits of processing FOG themselves.

The growing demand for Greasezilla systems is being fueled by the up-and-coming pumper generation interested in turnkey operations from hauling through processing. Pumpers who partner with Greasezilla spend less time and money searching for, driving to and waiting for receiving stations that accept FOG waste. Greasezilla operators can generate significant profits while recovering biofuel and other energy resources, supporting a robust circular economy where FOG is generated, recovered and reused all within the region.
