Air Nostrum to fly Valencia football team home from Sevilla match on SAF

In Spain, Air Nostrum and Valencia CF agreed that the airline would fly its first commercial flight with SAF transporting the football team back home following its match with Sevilla on Thursday. This Seville-Valencia trip will be one of the first operated in Spain with this type of fuel, which represents a commitment to more sustainable flights.
The Air Nostrum CRJ1000 that will transport the Valencian team will take off after the refueling carried out by Avikor, the Exolum platform that offers the possibility of reducing emissions from commercial flights. Avikor supplies a composite of JET A-1 and SAF, the fuel whose full life cycle emissions represent an 80% reduction.
