Vibra Energy and the Copersucar create ethanol trading JV

In Brazil, Vibra Energy and the Copersucar SA announced the creation of a joint venture to trade anhydrous and hydrated ethanol. The goal is to create an integrated, open ethanol trading platform for all producers, distributors and brokers who want to do business with the JV to make operations in this segment even more productive.

Through the expertise of the partners and the generated synergies, JV will add value to the entire ethanol chain, increasing efficiency and benefiting the entire market.

Although the priority is to better serve the national market, the majority of the activity, the new company will act in line with the current business of the Vibra Energia and Copersucar, both in the import and export of ethanol.
