Heaven Petroleum Operators says it complied with Petroperú biodiesel tender rules

In Peru, Gestion reports Heaven Petroleum Operators (HPO) confirmed that it has complied with the requirements made in the tender to sell biodiesel to Petroperú.

Through a statement, the company assured that it has participated on several occasions in tenders to sell biofuel to Petroperú, without breaking the regulations. In this case, it was a process carried out in October.

On November 11, Heaven Petroleum won a tender in Petroperú to sell it biodiesel for $70 million but the transaction is now under investigation by national anticorruption authorities.
