Peru renews anti-dumping duties on Argentine biodiesel imports

In Peru, Andina reports the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (Indecopi) has ordered the renewal of the anti-dumping and countervailing duties imposed on Argentine biodiesel in 2016 after 13 months of exhaustive investigations.

Indecopi’s decision, through the Commission on Dumping, Subsidies and Elimination of Non-Tariff Trade Barriers (CDB), to renew the anti-dumping and countervailing duties on Argentine biodiesel imports that were imposed in 2016, was adopted in the framework of administrative procedures initiated in September 2020
