Exxon heading towards commercial marine biofuel supply following successful trials

In the Netherlands, Seatrade Maritime News reports that Exxon has undergone several marine biofuel trials in Europe and is preparing to launch commercial availability. So far, the company has run B30 trials in the Antwerp and Rotterdam ports, B25 in France like it did recently in Singapore with Tata NYK Shipping and is in discussions regarding a B20 trial in the UK. Italy is the next market where the company hopes to trial marine biofuels.
