Nova Pangaea Technologies and Sembcorp Energy to develop commercial ethanol production in the UK

In the UK, BDaily News reports Nova Pangaea Technologies and Sembcorp Energy UK have signed an agreement to develop NOVAONE, the first commercial plant to produce ethanol from NPT’s technology that will later be used as SAF feedstock. Construction is expected to start in early 2023 on a plat at Sembcorp Energy within the Teesside Freeport. NPT recently signed another agreement with British Airways and LanzaJet for the Project Speedbird to accelerate SAF production in the UK.
