Low Carbon Biofuels Forum launches in EU with significant Indian support

March 2, 2023 |

In the EU, founders are celebrating the launch of the Low Carbon Biofuels Forum. Although the LCB-Forum has strong links with the EU-India cooperation on advance biofuels and was established during the EU-India-BCE Field Trip (please see: eu-india-bce.com/field-trip ) the Forum is international in nature and has already members from several EU Member States, India and Japan. The LCB-Forum is international and multidisciplinary with members ranging from oil major representatives to technology developers, academics, associations and senior consultants. It is a space where Advance Biofuel Stakeholders can meet and discuss on technology advances, policy developments, market updates, sustainable biomass availability, socio-economic aspects and any other topic related to advanced biofuels. Above all,  exchange ideas on how to overcome technical, economic, social and policy barriers for the deployment of advanced biofuels to mitigate GHG emissions in the transport and other sectors of the economy.
