Guatemala to analyze use of ethanol in gasoline

In Guatemala, Diario de Centro America reported that the Ministry of Energy and Mines (MEM) will analyze the use of ethanol in gasoline.

“We will resume the discussions, analyzes and technical tables to establish what the economic benefits are for the country and for users in the use of ethanol in gasoline,” said Víctor Hugo Ventura, Minister of Energy and Mines.

The official made the announcement during a sustainable mobility conference titled The Opportunities of Ethanol in Guatemala.
