Oil and ethanol industries join to fight for year-round E15

In Washington, Bloomberg reports that the oil industry and ethanol industry are at last aligned, together pushing for year-round E15 sales in the face of what they see as the Biden Administration looking past ethanol in favor of electric vehicles. The American Petroleum Institute, together with the National Corn Growers Association and other organizations, are backing the bill brought by Republican Senator Deb Fischer of Nebraska that would finally get year-round E15 in place. It has bipartisan support.
