In Pennsylvania, FOMO WORLDWIDE, INC. has signed a Definitive Agreement to acquire the North America assets of EcoChem Alternative Fuels LLC, a U.S.-based provider of clean fuel technology systems that address the shortcomings of the world’s carbon energy supply chain.
