Biofuels Digest Index rebounds to 88.48 on broad biofuels rally

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, gained 0.85 percent to 88.48 as renewables advanced broadly, in line with the general surge in equities. For the day, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) jumped 2.26 percent to $30.83, while Solazyme (SZYM) soared 3.22 percent to $23.71. Among other equities, Codexis (CDXS) advanced 2.08 percent to $9.83. Advances led declines 9 to 2 for the day.
