On the Move in Biofuels: LS9

In California, in addition to joining the Segetis board, former Genencor CEO Tjerk de Ruiter has this week been named chairman of the board of LS9, replacing company co-founder Noubar Afeyan, who will remain as a board member. de Ruiter left Genencor at the time of Dupont’s acquisition of Genencor’s corporate parent, Danisco, after many years at the company including five years at the Genencor helm.
