Indiana trash-to-ethanol plant hits another snag

In Indiana, the ill-fated trash-to-ethanol project slated for Schneider has hit yet another bump after the consortium established to take on the project failed to raise enough cash to move forward. The same happened to Powers Energy of Indiana and has left Lake County solid waste officials in the lurch without a project as well as a possible legal tangle with Powers.
