In Mississippi, the owner of the JNS biofuel plant that went up in flames last week has indicated that he expects to rebuild. Despite concerns that insurance will only cover the clean-up, not the loss of the plant, owner Steve Bolin remains hopeful afte three explosions rocked the plant last week, leaving only the plant’s substation intact. The plant was constructed beginning in 2011, and has produced fuel for just over a year.
