Malaysian biodiesel exports continue to rebound in July but still a fraction of 2015

In Malaysia, biodiesel exports soared in July to 16,764 metric tons, up 74% over the previous month, and worth $12.13 million. It was the second highest volume to be exported so far this year. Exports this year are very far below last year’s, compared to July 2015 exports of 46,622 tons. That’s close to the year-to-date figure through July of 58,716 tons, which is just less than half of the 2015 total of 109,899 tons.
