Trump Administration said to be filling its ranks with lobbyists like those anti-RFS

In Washington, Bloomberg alleges that the Trump Administration has made it a policy to put lobbyists in roles that oversee industries they used to lobby against after the President in January dropped a rule forbidding such move for two years. One example highlighted of this trend is a former lawyer for the American Petroleum Institute who is now a senior deputy general counsel for the Environmental Protection Agency working on issues including the Renewable Fuel Standard.
