EPA on track to get 2020 RFS mandate set by November 30 deadline

In Washington, Platts reports that the Environmental Protection Agency is on track for releasing the ethanol blending mandate for 2020 under the Renewable Fuel Standard by the November 30 deadline, having already sent the proposal to the White House on May 6 and to the Office of Management and Budget on May 20. The biodiesel blending mandate for 2020 was already set last year at 2.43 billion gallons compared to 2.1 billion gallons for 2019.
