December 30, 2020 |

In Washington, DTN reports Energy Information Administration data shows ethanol stocks continue to climb, reaching 23.5 million barrels last week, the highest since mid-May. The West Coast region was the only one to see a stock draw, down 1 million barrels on the week, while the Rocky Mountains remained steady and the other regions saw their stocks continue to grow. Ethanol production dropped by 42,000 barrels per day in the week ending on Christmas Day while blending increased slightly as a result of holiday driving, but stocks still continued to grow.
