9. Amyris now targeting 80% of beauty market with clean beauty products

There were those who wrote off Amyris by the thousands, even millions, as a good idea for the wrong time, but the company has proven all the naysayers wrong. It’s now financially self-supporting through cash flow, and has built a monstrous portfolio including this slide which noted that Amyris products, in the beauty sector alone, target a whopping 80 percent of the market.
