Ganesh Benzoplast and Golden Agri buy Maha ethanol distillery

In India, the Free Press Journal reports Ganesh Benzoplast Limited has teamed with Golden Agri, KN Agri Resources and others to acquire 100% of an ethanol and ENA production facility in Nasik district of Maharashtra. The existing plant produces 100,000 liters of ethanol daily and is being expanded to 160,000 liters thanks to the addition of new technologies. About half of its annual production has already been contracted to oil marketing companies for blending with gasoline.
