ANP shifts biodiesel contracting rules with short notice

In Brazil, ANP has decided that biodiesel producers will be able to file extracts from commercialization contracts signed with liquid fuel distributors until November 3, 2022, to meet the contracting targets for the November-December 2022 period, pursuant to ANP Resolution No. 857 of October 28, 2021. 

With the extension of the term, producers have 15 days, counted from the Notice of resumption of the verification of goals, published on October 19, 2022, to file the extracts of contracts and provide the relevant information, in compliance with art. 2, VI, of ANP Resolution No. 888 of 10/05/2022. 

The ANP will verify that the contracting target has been met by November 10, 2022, advertising it on its website.
