OOMCO to supply B5 for Oman Aluminium Rolling Company

In Oman, the Times of Oman newspaper reports the national oil company OOMCO has signed an agreement with the Oman Aluminium Rolling Company to provide B5 for the company’s use in aluminum manufacturing using biodiesel sourced from Wakud International at its Barka’s Khazaen Economic City facility. By using B5, OARC will cut its carbon emissions by 4.3%. Oman has a national carbon neutrality policy for 2050. OOMCO has been working hard to lead on the country’s carbon neutral program.
