The Digest’s 2023 Multi-Slide Guide to Adsorptive De-Nitrogenation as a pathway to SAF

October 24, 2023 |

The Bioprocessing Separations Consortium is a National Laboratory-led effort, supported by the U.S. Department of Energy Bioenergy Technologies Office, that is dedicated to identifying and overcoming separations challenges associated with the conversion of biomass into fuels and chemicals. This Consortium’s work is helping to reduce bioprocess separations costs, which can account for up to 50-70% of processing costs. Here, a research team led by Daniel Miki gave this update at DOE Project Peer Review 2023 on the “Adsorptive De-Nitrogenation to enable SAF pathway”  project.
