The Alfa initiative opens call for advice for biogas projects in the livestock sector

In Spain, Interempresas reported that Alfa, an initiative funded by the European Union that aims to establish and accelerate biogas solutions in the livestock sector, has announced an open and free call to provide comprehensive support to projects that want to implement biogas technologies in Spain.

This call offers ranchers, associations and energy communities the opportunity to access technical and business assistance, specialized mentoring, a strategic network of contacts and activities to enhance their capabilities.

The deadline to request advice ends on February 16, 2024. Projects will be evaluated according to objective selection criteria, such as profitability, replication potential, level of innovation, environmental benefits or the participation of women in the initiative, according to the report.
