Green Arrow Capital and Lazzari & Lucchini complete first 7 biomethane plants together

In Italy, Green Arrow Capital, one of the main independent Italian operators in panorama of alternative investments, and Lazzari & Lucchini, a leading company specialized in production of energy from renewable and sustainable sources present in nature, announce the completion of their first portfolio of 7 biomethane production plants. The realization of the assets is in order as part of the partnership, launched in 2020, which now aims to double the number of plants with a second portfolio of at least 6 assets, which will come into operation by 2025.

The entire portfolio of seven plants, each with a capacity of approximately 300 Sm3/h of gas, is today all operational, and produces biomethane thanks to the sole recovery of livestock effluents and non-agricultural by-products intended for human consumption. During 2023, the last four gods were put into operation seven plants and, in December, the project financing of the entire project was completed wallet.

This is an important milestone for Green Arrow Capital – which invested in the project through iGreen Arrow Energy Fund (“GAEF”) and Green Arrow Infrastructure of the Future (“GAIF”) funds – and Lazzari & Lucchini, who consolidate their leadership in biomethane with the creation of one of the most

important portfolios in Italy.
